MaxyblaqEasyLife International Limited, trading as Fluxora, is the data controller for personal data processed via fluxora.app. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Lawful bases

  • Contract — to operate your account and deliver the Service.
  • Legitimate interests — product analytics, security, fraud prevention.
  • Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation — tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering.

3. Categories of data

  • Identity & contact data (name, email, billing address).
  • Account & store data (products, orders, customers you upload).
  • Payment metadata via Stripe (we never store full card numbers).
  • Technical data (IP, device, browser, usage logs).

4. International transfers

Some sub-processors are outside the UK/EEA. Transfers rely on UK IDTA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and up to 7 years after closure for tax/legal reasons. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email info@maxyblaqeasylife.net. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Sub-processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting/database), Cloudflare (CDN/edge), email and AI providers. A current list is available on request.

8. Security

TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, least-privilege access, and regular backups.
