MaxyblaqEasyLife International Limited ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, store profile.
Customer data you upload as a creator (orders, emails, addresses).
Payment metadata via Stripe (we never store full card numbers).
Technical information associated with operating the service and diagnosing errors.

2. How we use data

To operate, maintain and improve the Service.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To handle account-related communications and support requests.
To provide AI features that generate copy, pricing and insights for your store.

3. Sharing

The service uses Lovable Cloud for account data and uploaded files, Stripe for payment processing, and AI providers for the inputs you submit to AI tools. Avoid including sensitive information in AI requests.

4. Security

The app uses account authentication and database access policies to restrict access. No online service can guarantee complete security.

5. Your rights

You can delete your store or account from Settings. For access, correction or export requests, email info@maxyblaqeasylife.net. Residents of the EU/UK may exercise additional GDPR rights.

6. Cookies

Browser storage is used for sign-in and your cookie-banner choice. The app does not currently configure optional analytics or marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Children

Fluxora is not directed to children under 16.
