Release Agreement

By creating an account or otherwise using Fluxora (the "Service") provided by MaxyblaqEasyLife International Limited ("Company"), you ("User") agree to this Release Agreement.

1. Assumption of risk

User acknowledges that operating an online business carries inherent risks, including financial loss, chargebacks, customer disputes, regulatory exposure and reliance on third-party providers (payments, hosting, AI). User assumes all such risks.

2. Release & waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, User hereby releases, waives and discharges Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action arising from or related to User's use of the Service, content published by User, transactions with User's customers, AI-generated outputs, and any service interruption.

3. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any third-party claim arising from (a) User's content or storefront, (b) User's products or services, (c) User's breach of these terms or applicable law.

4. Media release

If User submits a testimonial, case study, logo or media to Company, User grants Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that material for marketing the Service. User may revoke for future use by emailing info@maxyblaqeasylife.net.

5. Limits

Nothing in this Release excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

6. Governing law

This Release is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
